Assessment


The Assessment module allows you to record and track your candidates’ progress through each stage of your recruitment process.  Once configured, it will enable you to see at a glance how many candidates have been successful, on hold or unsuccessful at each recruitment step as well as any candidates who are still to be assessed.


The core feature of the assessment module is the APM – Assessment Process Manager. The APM is configured as an assessment template and, as such, can either be attached to a job template.


Rules can also be attached to an assessment template to trigger certain actions (e.g. make candidates successful or unsuccessful), calculate and display candidate scores, move candidates into pre-determined groups and change their application status
