Attaching an Assessment Template to a Job Template

The system allows you to attach an assessment template to a job template, so each time a job is created from a job template; the selected assessment template will be instantly attached to the job.


Here’s how to attach an assessment process template to a job template.


  1. Click the System icon at the top of the page.




  2. Under Assessment Manager, click the Assessment Process Templates link.




  3. Locate and click the Name of the Assessment Process template.




  4. From the Job Template drop-down list here, select the Job Template you want to attach this assessment template to.




  5. Click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner of the page.

    Do not attach a job template to an assessment process template that is already attached to another assessment template. Job template and assessment process templates should always be a one to one relationship.
