Files

Files can be stored and organised in folders within the Files tab.

Creating a Folder

Follow the steps below to create a folder:

  1. Click Manage Share File Folders.

  2. Folders are organised in a hierarchical structure. The Top Folder is the highest folder in the structure. This can be re labelled by double clicking on the folder name.

  3. To add a new folder, click on the + icon next to the folder name. A folder can have sub folders.

  4. The folder will be added to the bottom of the list. Double click on New Folder to edit the folder name.

  5. Type the name of the folder and click enter.

  6. Once complete click Save.

 

Removing a Folder

To remove a folder follow the steps below:

  1. Click Manage Share File Folders.

  2. Click the red cross to remove a folder.
