What is a Job Template?
The system relies on various different modules for its everyday functionality, nearly all the modules are connected in one way or another to a Job Template. During the Job Creation Process, the Job Template is copied and is then used to create a job, ensuring the job contains all the necessary components without the user having to build the job from scratch.
Â
The typical Job Template consists of:
Â
A Pre-Application Form.
An Application Form.
Assessment Process Manager (APM).
Automatic emails (including application created, application received, application closing and withdrawn emails).
Candidate Application Statuses.
Â
You are able to have different Job Templates for different types of roles or campaigns in your system including different application and assessment processes. Job Templates are extremely useful handling a variety of different vacancies that require different forms and processes.
