Using the Activity Ticket Screen

Within the Scheduler module, you will be able to track each candidate’s interview/activity booking via the Activity Ticket system.  From this section, you will also be able to delete any bookings that have been made in error. Though the email cannot be retracted once it has been sent.

To do this:


  1. Click the Scheduler icon at the top of the page.




  2. Click on the Activity Ticket link.




  3. This will then take you to the Activity Ticket screen.




  4. If you wish to wipe the interview invitation for the candidate click delete.




  5. If the candidate has been invited by mistake to book an interview, you can delete the ticket via the candidate card as above in the Activity Log.
