Changing a User's Password


Follow the steps below to change a user’s password:

  1. Click on the ‘Systems’ tab.




  2. Under system click ‘User Manager’.




  3. Select ‘Edit’ under the actions column on the user who you wish to change the password for.




  4. On the right hand side of the manage user page click on ‘Change Password’.




  5. Create a new password for the user then click ‘Save’.




  6. You will need to notify the user what you have changed their password too.
