Username	Your username will be set by your system administrator. If you try more than 5 times to login with an incorrect username your system will be locked.
Password	Your password will be initially set by your system administrator. After logging in you can change your password. If you try and login more that 3 times with an incorrect password your account will be locked. If your account is locked you will need to contact your system administrator to unlock your account. This can be avoided by using the 'Forgot your password?' link.
Forgot your Password?	If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password by following the prompts.

System Timeout

Candidate Portal	A candidate will be logged out of the candidate portal 2 hours after their last action. This means if a candidate is completing a form and have not clicked save they will be logged out and can potentially lose data from a form.
Back End	A user will be logged out of the back end 2 hours after their last action. This means if a Manager or Recruiter is completing a form and have not clicked save they will be logged out and can potentially lose data entered to a form.
