A job is created when a there is a need to receive applications.
Jobs can be created as a result of an approved requisition process or on its own through the Jobs tab.Â
Jobs may arise due to:
- new position created
- replace an existing position
- bulk round recruitment
- graduate process
- expression of interest
- to onboard candidates
There are unconventional reasons a job can be created:
- exit interviews
- to display files for candidates to download via the candidate portal
- surveys
- written tests / tests
