Candidate Assessment

The Assessment module of the allows you to:

  • Record and track your candidates’ progress through the stages of your recruitment process using the Assessment Status.
  • View at a glance how many candidates have been successful or unsuccessful.
  • Easily group and flag candidates.

The Assessment Process Manager (APM) is used to assess a candidate within a job.

The Assessment Process Manager or Candidate Assessment Matrix (APM) can be accessed by click on the Candidate Assessment Matrix icon from the Jobs List.


A user may be assigned to assess a candidate at a step in the process. Steps can be completed using various methods which include:

  • Task email link
  • Tasks tab
  • APM
  • Assessment overview tab within the candidate card


The best method for an infrequent user is to click on the task email link or to access the task via the tasks tab.
