Multi Task - Change status and send an Email
'Multi Task' is an action that can be used to do more than one action at the same time. This is predominantly used when sending an unsuccessful email to a candidate.The Multi Task action allows a user to send an unsuccessful email and change the Candidates application status. The application status is displayed in the Candidate List. The application status can be customised either per job or on a job template. The application status that can be added is 'Unsuccessful and Notified'. Once the unsuccessful email has been sent the status will then be changed to Unsuccessful and Notified. When viewing the Candidates from the Candidate List you can see which ones have been sent an unsuccessful email.
Follow the steps below to Perform a Multi Task action:
- Click on the Unsuccessful candidates (at any step) column from the Assessment Process.
2. If you would like to send the email to all Unsuccessful Candidates in the job change the Assessment Step filter to All.
3. If you wish to send the email to all candidates that display in the list 'Select all in list'.
In the Actions dropdown select 'Multi Task' and click Go.
4. Select the Status of 'Unsuccessful and Notified' and select 'Send email'.
5. If you wish to use an email template scroll down and click 'Select an email template' alternatively you can complete the fields on the page.
