Actions

When performing an action against a candidate you can:

    • Select all on page this will select the 20 candidates on the page.
    • Select all in list this will select all candidates in the list.
    • Select the checkbox next to the candidates ID to select individually.

Actions List Overview


A number of actions can be performed against the candidate.

 


 Below is an overview of all actions that can be performed:

  • Package Applications – Export candidate forms i.e. application form, resume and grouping them in a zip file to then email or print.
  • Print Applications – Candidate application forms are exported to a PDF document to a printable format.
  • Export Candidates – Export candidate form data i.e. application form into an excel document.
  • New Email – Send ad hoc emails to candidates.
  • New SMS – Send an ad hoc SMS to candidates.
  • New Note – Add notes against the candidate. Notes can be text or a file can be uploaded. Notes can be located in the candidate card ‘Notes Log’.
  • New Merge Document – Generate candidate merge letters i.e. offer letters.
  • Move to Group – Move candidates to groups.
  • Change Status – Change the candidate’s application status.
  • Apply to another job – Apply a candidate to another job in the system.
  • Multi Task – Allows you to perform a number of the actions above at the same time.
  • Invite to Interview – Invite candidate to interviews that have been scheduled against the job.
  • Delete All Activity Tickets – If the candidate has been invited to an interview you can delete all activity tickets which will remove their ability to book into an interview slot.
