Candidate notes

Overview

Candidate notes are any ad hoc comments you wish to add to a candidates card. These notes can only be accessed by back end users. Candidates can request to view these notes, though you would need to package them out and send them to the candidate. 

Notes can include:

• emails between a manager and a candidate
• phone discussions taken place with the candidate
• to do items
• feedback
• assessment details

Attachments can be added as a candidate note e.g. email correspondence between a Manager and a candidate.
