Filtering the Candidate List
You can filter the candidate list using questions from the application form. This will allow you to narrow down the list of candidates based on a certain answers to questions from the application form. How this can be used:
- Narrowing down the list of candidates
- Ability to do an initial shortlist of candidates
- Initial cull of candidates that may not match the desired criteria for the job
- Only packaging out candidates that meet the criteria for the job
