Candidate List

The Candidate List is where you can view candidates that have submitted an application to a job. Actions can be performed against a candidate or multiple candidates within this page.

 Candidate List column overview

• Candidate ID – Automatically generated ID based on the candidates unique identifier (email address). Click on the candidate ID to access the Candidate Card.
• Applied On – Application submitted time and date stamp.
• Job Flag – Hover over the  icon to view the candidates job flag.
• Global Flag (round world icon) – Hover over this  icon to view the candidates global flag. This flag will appear in all jobs that this candidate has applied and will apply to.
• Applicant – Candidate First name and Surname.
• Documents – Click on the  icon to open up the candidates application form. Click on the  icon to open up the candidates resume.
• Assessment Step – Candidates current step.
• Candidate Assessment Status – Candidates current step status.
• Status – Candidates application status (overall status within this job).
• Source – The method in which the candidates application was submitted.
