Making Assessment Decisions
Making an assessment decision is a manual decision made against a candidate to move them either to the next step in the process or in the on hold or unsuccessful column for that step. This means you will not be completing a form with questions on it.
- Click on the number of candidates at Not Started.
- Select the candidates you wish to progress to the next step.In the actions dropdown select 'Make Assessment Decision' and click Go.
- Select the Decision of Successful then select the move to box and click Save.
Alternatively you can make an unsuccessful decision. - To return back to the Assessment Process Matrix select the second option in the list.
