Re-Executing Rules to an Existing Job
Re-Executing Rules to an Existing Job
In some instances, there may be a need to create or edit rules for a job that has already been open for applications (e.g. an expression of interest or bucket job). After creating or editing the rule, the actions or scores will need to be re-applied to existing candidates. To do this, you will need to re-execute rules.
To re-execute a new or edited rule:
- Add or edit the rules/actions via the Manage Assessment Process page.
- Once you add/edit the rule or actions, click the Recalculate Scores link.
- This will take you to the Re-Execute Rules and Actions Process page.
- You will have two options:
- Recalculate scores for this step only: This option will recalculate the changes to the scores based on the rule edit only for this step.
- Recalculate scores and Re-execute rules: This option will recalculate the changes to the scores and re-execute any new actions based on the rule edit throughout the entire APM.
- After you have made your selection, click the Continue button on the bottom right hand corner.
