Rolling a candidate back

In the everyday assessment of candidates, there will be occasions that some candidates will be moved through the APM by mistake and need to be rolled back to a previous step.  This functionality will only be available to super users or administrators.

Follow the steps below to rollback a candidate or multiple candidates:

  1. In the APM, click the number of applicants who were accidentally processed.

  2. This will take you to the Candidate List.

  3. Select the candidates you wish to roll back.

  4. Select the Rollback Candidates option from the action dropdown list and click Go.

  5. Select the step you wish to roll the candidate back to from this dropdown list and click the Rollback Candidates.

Remove from APM (update candidate(s) to be incomplete): If you select this option the candidate will be removed from the assessment process and be made an incomplete candidate. This means the candidate will need to re-submit there application again.

Only select the Remove from APM (update candidate(s) to be incomplete) option to remove the candidate from the APM as the candidate will be removed from the APM.

  6. This will take you to confirmation screen; use the links below to navigate back to the assessment click Assessment Process Matrix.
