Rollback Candidates

Rollback Candidates

This rule can be used when you would like to give the assessor the ability to roll the candidate back to a previous step in the APM.  Typically this is done if the assessor decides that this candidate was mistakenly moved through the wrong step.

To create a rule that updates the candidate’s global assessment.

  1. After selecting the source and question for this rule, you will need to add the action. After clicking the Add Action link, the Action Type list will appear.  Select Rollback Candidate.

  2. Select which APM step you wish to roll the candidate(s) back to using the drop-down list.

  3. If you wish for the assessors at the previous APM step to be notified when the candidate is moved back that particular step, you can select the checkbox for Resend Task Emails.

  4. Once you have set up the Action, click the Save button at the bottom right hand corner.

  5. To return to the assessment process, click the Assessment Process link at the top of the screen.
