Help Menu

The Help menu contains selectable options to help navigate through the system.

The following options are available on the help menu:

Show/Hide Caption Names – If you wish to change a system caption this will allow you to identify the caption reference.

Run Performance Test – If you are experiencing performance issues (e.g. system running slower) with the system this will help identify whether the issue is on your end or if it is an issue with Acendre.

Contact Support – To contact support with any how top queries or issues you may be experiencing in the system.

Give Feedback – Provide feedback to the Acendre Product team.

Knowledge Base – This is our self-help portal where you can access system user guides and watch how to videos. Acendre release notes are also stored here.
