 Can I change a candidates password?

Due to privacy reasons the candidate can only change their password via the candidate portal 'forgotten your password?' link on the Login screen.

 Can I send a candidate their password?

You will not be able to do this. Only a candidate can reset their password in the instance they forget.

 When we use the ‘Apply to Another Job’ function to apply an application from one job to another (TP), the application for the new job doesn’t seem to appear in the candidate portal. Is there a way to switch this on or configure a job so that the application can be seen in the candidate portal?

If a candidate is applied to a job by a back end user they will not have access to their application via the candidate portal. The main reason behind this is so that if a user needs to move the candidates to a different job because the template of that job is incorrect the candidate will not know that this has occurred.

 A candidate would like all their information deleted off the system, how do I do this?

A super user can only delete the candidates application for a job. Acendre service desk only has access to delete the candidates account and all records deleted from the system. Please email through to support the candidates email confirming they want to progress with this type of request.

 How to grant a paper applicant access to the candidate portal?

If a candidate is setup as a paper applicant and no access was selected in this process the candidate will not be able to access the Candidate Portal with this account. The Candidate may need to access the portal to complete any candidate tasks e.g. onboarding. If this has occurred please contact Acendre Support Team. The Support team will be able to change the candidate to normal access. This will allow them to access the candidate portal through this account.
