Global Questions FAQs

How do I add an answer option to a question?
  1. Click on the Systems tab.
  2. Click on Global Questions.
  3. Search for the question.
  4. Once you have found the question click Edit.
  5. Click on the answer options tab.
  6. Click Add New Answer.
You can add ten new answers at any one time. You can add more than ten, you just need to do them in lots of ten.
If an answer no longer exists - edit on that answer and select Active 'No'.
Do not wipe over an existing answer as that will change all past data and update it with the new answer.
I have changed the question text in the global question library though it has not updated the form.

If you change the question text in the global question library it will not change the question text on any form where that question exists. Changing the question text in the global question library will only display as the new text when you add this question to a form. If you need the question text to be updated on all forms this will need to be configured at a form level. You will need to edit the form templates to achieve this.
