 How do i make a global question re portable? (Analytics classic)

To report on a question within a form you must ensure the following are set:

  1. The question must be a global question. You can search for the question if in doubt in Global Questions within the System tab.
  2. The question must be marked as re portable in either the: Applications, User, GAF or Job context. If the question has not been made re portable select the context in which it was answered. Generally you would select either Application or Job.
    • Application - is application or assessment form

    • Job- is requisition, job details or approval form.

    • GAF - Data related to questions in the context of the Candidate's Global Assessment Form.

    • User - Data related to the questions answered in a User Context (i.e. Back End User Details form, as well as Candidate Registration form)

  3. If the question has been made re portable you must notify support@acendre.com to add it to the view you wish to create your report from. Best practice is to enable all questions first and then provide the list of questions to Acendre Support.

 Process on reporting on a group global question?

To report on a group global question:

  1. The question must be a global question. You can search for the question if in doubt in Global Questions within the System tab.
  2. The question must be marked as re portable in either the: Applications, User, GAF or Job context. If the question has not been made re portable select the context in which it was answered. Generally you would select either Application or Job.
    • Application -  data related to questions answered in the context of a Candidate's Application within a specific job (i.e. Application and Assessment forms)  
    • Job -  data related to the questions answered in a Job Context (i.e. Requisition, Job Details and Approval Forms)
  3. If the question has been made re portable you must notify support@acendre.com to add it to the view you wish to create your report from.
  4. Support will log a request with engineering to extract each value from the group question. This will need to be scheduled, support will inform you as to when the work will be completed.

If you're using the new Acendre Analytics the points above are not applicable.
