Delete & edit job notes permissions

All users that have access to a requisition or a job can add notes. However only users with the relevant permission can edit and delete notes.

Follow the steps below to provide members of a user group access to editing and deleting job notes:

  1. Navigate to the System tab.

  2. Click on User Group Manager (this can also be added as a permission to a single user in User Manager).

  3. Click Edit on the user group.

  4. Navigate to the Actions list and click Module Permissions.

  5. Ensure the ‘Job Manager’ module is selected.

  6. If it has not been selected, select the checkbox and click Save.

  7. In the Actions list click Function Permissions.

  8. Scroll down to Job Manager and ensure the following permissions are selected:
    ‘Delete Job Note’
    ‘Edit Job Note’

  9. Scroll down and click Save.
