Requisition notes
Requisition and Job notes allow a user to make a note against a requisition or job to store any relevant information that may not be captured in a form step. Any user with the ability to view the requisition or job record will have the ability to create notes.
Adding a requisition note
Follow the steps below to add a note to a requisition:
Navigate to the Requisition tab.
Click on the requisition reference number.
Click on Add Requisition Note in the top right-hand corner of the View Requisition Details page.
Click +Create Note.
Add note information into the screen and upload any applicable documents.
Click Save Note.
Users can click View to view the detailed content of the note or Edit if the user has been given the permission to edit notes.
Deleting a Requisition note
If the user has been given the permission to delete notes, they will have the action to delete the note or note edits. If a note is deleted the note along with any edits made will be deleted.
Follow the steps below to delete a note:
Click Add Requisition Note on the View Requisition Details page.
Click Edit on the note you wish to delete.
Click Delete Note.
You will be provided with the opportunity to cancel the action or delete the note. If you wish to proceed click Delete Note.
Deleting a note edit
If the note has been edited you can delete the edit made.
To do this follow the steps below:
Click Add Requisition Note on the View Requisition Details page.
Click Edit on the note you wish to delete.
Click Delete this note edit.
