Your next step is to set the Interview Activity Venue (i.e. the location of the interview or activity).  Make sure to enter the venue accurately as the candidates will often only use this information to find the physical location of the interview/activity. 


How to create an Interview Activity Venue:


  1. Click on the Interview Activity Venues link.

  2. This will give you a list of the pre-configured Interview Activity Venues.

    To  To add a new Venue, click the + Create Venue link.

  3. Enter the venue name and physical address/ location of the activity/ interview in these fields. This is the address that the candidates will see when booking themselves into an activity/ interview as well as when they receive the confirmation email.


  4. Select the active checkbox.


  5. Enter the number of candidates that can attend each interview in the capacity field.




  6. Once you have completed the Venue details, click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner.




  7. This returns you to the Interview Venues list and the new venue will now appear here.
