titleCan a user be in two user groups?

A user can only be in one user group.

A user can be given individual permissions within their own individual profile. This will overwrite the access inherited from their user group.

titleA users name does not appear in a role within the assign roles step. How can I add a user to multiple roles that are not apart of their usergroup?

A user will inherit the role permissions from their usergroup. However if the user is acting in another position or requires the ability to do additional approvals they can be given permission from their own individual user profile.

  1. Click on the systems tab.
  2. Click on User Manager.
  3. Search for the user.
  4. Click Edit to access their profile.
  5. Click on Role Permissions on the right hand side menu.
  6. Select the additional roles for the user.

titleA user has left the business, how do I remove their access?
  1. Click on the Systems tab.
  2. Click on User Manager.
  3. Search for the user in the list. You can type in the users name in the Keywords box and click Search.
  4. Once you have found the user click Edit on their profile.
  5. Change the users status to 'Deleted".
  6. Change the users expiry date the date you expired them. This way you know the date they have been expired.
  7. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.
