What is a Job Template?

Whilst the Acendre eRecruit system relies on various different modules for its everyday functionality, nearly all the modules are connected in one way or another to a Job Template.  During the Job Creation Process, the Job Template is copied and is then used to create a job, ensuring the job contains all the necessary components without the user having to build the job from scratch.

The typical Job Template consists of:

    • A Pre-Application Form.

    • An Application Form.

    • Assessment Process Manager (APM).

    • Automatic emails (including application created, application received, application closing and withdrawn emails).

    • Candidate Assessment Statuses.

You are able to have different Job Templates for different types of roles or campaigns in your system including different application and assessment processes.  Job Templates are extremely useful handling a variety of different vacancies that require different forms and processes.
