| Specify: - The name of your Reference Code (make it easy to recognise what it does)
- If values require a custom sort (other than alphabetically)
- If values require a custom colour
- If values require a custom image
- If values require Trimming (recommended to remove spaces before and after each value)

| Enter the details for each value (L-R): - Code: the value as it occurs in the database
- Description: the value you want to see in your report
- Sort: the sort number for this value (if enabled)
- Colour: the colour for this value (if enabled)
- Image: the image for this value (if enabled)
- Click + to add this value to your reference code
You can also populate the available values from the database (data source). You can still manually add values to allow for other possible answers. | |
