Rules

Rules can be attached to the APM, triggering a number of actions within the system. For example rules can be used to:

    • display candidate scores and ratings
    • move candidates into pre-determined groups
    • change application statuses
    • automatically make candidates successful, unsuccessful or on hold and move them on to the following assessment step
    • flag certain candidates
    • update a candidate’s global assessment card
    • roll candidates back to a previous APM step
    • automatically create a merge document (i.e. an offer letter)
    • delete form data to display new form data after a process has been rolled back.

Note: Rules and actions should only be applied once the APM has been linked to a Job Template.

Actions

Actions are added to a rule in the assessment process template. This is an automatic process as the system will execute the action once a rule is met.
