What are the implications of deleting a global question from an application form in a live job with candidates that have already applied?

All the candidate data will also be deleted. All candidates that have answered this question will also be deleted.

If you would like to keep the data but just remove the question, you can hid the question from candidates. To do this:

  1. Go to the job card and hover over the Application Forms tab.
  2. Edit the application form for the job
  3. Edit the question.
  4. In the Question options tab select 'hide from candidates'.
I cannot post my job ad due to word limit restrictions.

There is a 5000 character limit in the job overview field for the candidate portal.

The character count will include HTML tags. So the solution would be to click on the 'Source' button on the bottom row of the 'WYSIWYG' editor on the Job Description field, and paste the ad content into there. This will strip all HTML from the content.
Then click the 'Source' button again, and format your ad using the WYSIWYG editor.

How do I delete a job?
  1. Go to the job card.
  2. On the top right hand corner of the screen you will see Delete Job Card. If you do not see this button then you will not have the system access to delete a job.
  3. Click to Delete Job Card. You will then need to confirm that you wish to delete the job.
Please note this will delete the job and all applications that exist in the job.

If you get an error when clicking on the job then please contact the service desk.
I cant see my jobs that I could see before.
