Favourites

If a report is likely to be one you access regularly, you can make it a favourite in order to make it easier to access.

  1. To do this when using the report, click on the star icon in the top menu.


    You can also do this from the browse screen by right-clicking the report there.


  2. You can now go straight to your favourite reports on:
    • the Dashboard page:

 


    • the Browse page:

Filter Bookmarks

If you think you might need to re-run a report with the same filter values in the future, save them as a bookmark.\

  1. Run the report with the desired filter value(s) then click on the bookmark icon at the top of the page and Create Bookmark.

2. Give it a good name and description so that you know exactly what it refers to, and save.

3. You can now run your bookmark for this report from the left hand menu.
