Fixes

Acendre Recruitment

GSD-5232: An issue was discovered for customers utilising the languages feature whereby when users edited multi-select type questions in live jobs/requisitions it caused the answer values to not appear and rendered the question unanswerable. A code fix was applied to resolve the issue.

GSD-5042 & GSD-5093: Multiple issues were found where the home dashboard would not display tabs correctly in both the mobile and desktop platforms. The display has been corrected by applying a code fix.

GSD-5035: Users were experiencing an issue where a manually expired SEEK job ad would not log the correct time of expiration. This has been fixed through revision of existing code.

GSD-4947: The number of candidates shown against jobs in the Jobs List was found to be displaying an incorrect number of candidates. A code fix was applied to resolve the issue.

GSD-4930: In the candidate portal, an issue was found where job lists using additional filters would restrict the number of jobs being displayed. A code fix has been applied to display the correct number of jobs and pages.

GSD-4482: An issue was found where users who clicked ‘Apply for this job’ for Display Only jobs through SEEK would be redirected to the Jobs List page instead of the specific job description. This has been resolved by changing the link to go to a job description page with the ‘Apply’ links removed.

GSD-4446: When candidates booked interview activities in the candidate portal, an issue was found where they were able to see all times available (including times they were not invited to). A code fix has been applied to only display relevant times to the candidates.

GSD-4372: When creating back-end users, an issue was found where the system would check for duplicate usernames against candidate usernames. A fix has been applied to separate these instances.

GSD-5229: Editing and saving a previously created job audience resulted in an error where the details would not update correctly in the system. A code fix has been applied to resolve the issue.

GSD-5207: Once a job had been created from the Job creation wizard, any addition or update to the selection criteria question text via the application form was not saved.  A code fix was applied to resolve this issue.

GSD-5092: When a candidate was applied from one job to another job, there was a considerable delay in displaying the available jobs to be selected from.  This issue has been addressed with a code fix to reduce the time in displaying available jobs to be selected from.

GSD-4967: When progressing a candidate from one step to another step within the APM, intermittent exception errors were received.  A code fix has been applied to resolve this issue.

GSD-4929: When a search was conducted using double quotation marks in the Talent Warehouse to search for a string of words, results were being returned that met any word within that string rather than the exact string.  A fix has been applied so that exact results are returned when using double quotation marks.

Acendre API Platform

GSD-5187: As part of the 5.6 feature release to control Global Question answer updates, the ‘updateOnNewInstancesOnly’ was set to mandatory which resulted in an error when trying to update new options using the Global Question API.  This has now been set to non-mandatory and where no value is passed, the defaulted value of No will be applied.
