* Candidate Approval - When the first step in the candidate approval process started.

The time stamp value is used when there is a need to find the earliest (i.e. minimum) or latest (i.e. maximum) events, sort events, create time series charts or create joins to sub-queries.

The duration, in minutes, between the first action in a process (e.g. the first application is received) and the last time ANY (i.e not just the furthest) action was performed on ANY step in the process. REQ Process Start - Finish (Minutes)

The duration, in minutes, it took for the requisition process to complete.

If the row is for a step in the requisition process then the value of this field will equal the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field. If you are looking at a row for a step for another process then the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field will equal the duration of that process.

APM Process Start - Finish (Minutes)

The duration, in minutes, it took for the assessment process to complete.

If the row is for a step in the assessment process then the value of this field will equal the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field. If you are looking at a row for a step for another process then the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field will equal the duration of that process.

Entire Process Start - Finish (Minutes)

The duration, in calendar days, of the complete workflow process for this job.

The workflow process duration is the sum of the duration for each process type, that is:

Requisition Process Duration (Minutes) + Job Creation Wizard Duration (Minutes) + Assessment Process Duration (Minutes) + Candidate Approval Duration (Minutes)

REQ Completion (%)

The duration of the requisition process epxressed as a percentage of the duration of the complete workflow.

JCW Completion (%)

The duration of the job creation wizard epxressed as a percentage of the duration of the complete workflow.

APM Completion (%)

The duration of the assessment process epxressed as a percentage of the duration of the complete workflow.

JCW Process Start - Finish (Minutes)

The duration, in minutes, it took for the job creation wizard to complete.

If the row is for a step in the job creation wizard then the value of this field will equal the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field. If you are looking at a row for a step for another process then the value of the "Process First Action to Last Action Duration (Minutes)" field will equal the duration of that process.

The overall sequential number for this step in the process type for this job.

This field is used to sort all steps in the process type in the chronological order they occurred.

Last Process Step Number

The maximum value of the field "Process Step Number" for a given job.

This field allows the most recently executed step in the process type to be identified.

Format: Integer

Overall Workflow Step Number

The overall sequential number for this step in the workflow for this job. This number sequence spans all process types used in the workflow.

This field is used to sort all steps in the workflow in the chronological order they occurred.

Format: Integer

Last Overall Process Step Number

The maximum value of the field "Overall Workflow Step Number" for a given job.

The overall number of workflow steps for a job is the sum of all of the steps in the processes (i.e. Requisition + Job Creation Wizard + Assessment Process + Candidate Approval Process).

This field allows the most recently executed step in the overall workflow to be identified.
