Prior to the review period commencing Human Resources will need to set the review and then associate users to the review.


Setting up a new review


  1. Click on the Reviews Tab.


2. Click on Reviews.


3. Click on Add Review.


4. Click Select on the template you wish to create the review from.


5. Select the Start Date for the review. 

Note: If testing always select a date in the past in order to start the review immediately.


Assigning weighting to Accountabilities & Outcomes


  1. Within the Goal Setting Phase section click Edit on Accountabilities & Outcomes.


2. Enter the weighting of the goal and click Submit. Once saved close the pop up box.



Associating users to a Review


  1. Click on the Associated Users tab within the Review.


2. Click Add User.


3. You can search the users name in the Keyword box. Once you have located the user select the checkbox next to their name and click Submit.



Impersonating an Employee or Manager to complete the review (testing purposes only)


Administration can impersonate an Employee or a Manager from the review to complete it on behalf of them. To do this follow the steps below:


  1. Click on Impersonate next to the employees name to complete the employee goal setting phase.


2. To end the user impersonation click End Impersonation which I located under the users profile dropdown.


3. Click on your ‘username’ in the top right hand corner and select Admin Portal.
