After submission of a Requisition, you can log back into the system at any point to check on the progress of this request.


  1. To do this click on the Requisitions tab.



  2. You will be able to see the current step that it is at and that steps status. The step status will either be Not Started or In Progress.

    If it has been approved and turned into a job it will have the Complete status.
     




  3. To view further information about your Authority to Hire click on the Requisition Reference Number.



    You will be able to view dates/times when steps were completed and by who, also forms that have been submitted at any completed step.
