Different types of training are available based on your needs. The actual time required for each may be impacted by a number of factors like the number of participants, their skill level, and the number of custom requirements you might like to investigate as a part of your training.

We also find that 3.5 or 4 hours is usually the maximum time that participants are able to absorb the training material over one day before needing some time to put what they have learnt into practice, hence the suggested breakdown of each training type into multiple sessions (where required).
