Requirements Template

Your requirements will be unique - just like everyone else’s - because even if you want the same type of report as other organisations, you will still have your own processes, fields, definitions and outputs.

Each page in this section will outline what you need to consider for that solution in the top right corner of the page, just like this.

Review the page content for more details on those specifications.

Download the following requirements template to capture the analytics definitions and requirements for your chosen solution.

Each solution will be different and the template may not accommodate for every possible permutation of requirements. Include as much detail as possible, add rows to requirements tables if required and clarify anything that might be unclear through your Client Success Manager.

This template is in development and may be altered or added to over time. Ensure you have downloaded the latest version for each new set of requirements.

Ensure you include any requirements that might easily be overlooked:

  • Which jobs and how they are identified ie custom question Vacancy Type = “Internal”

  • From what period ie the last 12 months, and by what date event ie Job Open, Application Submitted

  • Exclude test jobs ie job name starts with zzTest
