Competency Framework Definitions

There are three basic properties of the Competency Framework model that need to be entered. The framework is created in the order of the below screenshot:



Here is an example of how a competency may look:


Competency:                                     - Achieves Results

Competency Level:                           - Executive Leadership Level

Competency Behaviour:                   - Builds Portfolio/Network capability and responsiveness.

                                                               - Marshals professional and technological expertise.

     - Steers and implements change and deals with uncertainty.

     - Delivers on intended results.
