Setting up user access within the eRecruit system is essential for providing users with access to the various features and functions of the system. The flexibility of this function allows your system administrator(s) to grant access to all or very specific features to system users.


In addition to this, User Groups can be established allowing permission levels to be set at a User Group level; so all users will have consistent module access. This means that the time spent on setting up users can be dramatically reduced, resulting in increased efficiency in system administration.


Who are users in eRecruit?


The different types of users can be:

  • Recruiters
  • Hiring Managers
  • Assessment Panel Members
  • Vendors or Recruitment Agencies
  • System Administrators or Super Users
