The recruitment system drives a number of recruitment activities come of these include:

  • creating requisitions
  • creating jobs
  • advertising jobs
  • candidate's to apply to jobs
  • assessing candidate's
  • scheduling candidate activities
  • onboarding of candidate's
  • analytics and reporting

System Portals

The recruitment system has three portals:

  • Back end - this is where users within an organisation perform recruitment activities.
  • Candidate portal - this is where candidate's apply for jobs, view jobs that are open, complete tasks such as onboarding and access their profiles.
  • Referee portal - this is where referees can complete a candidate reference check.

Users

Different user profiles can be setup within the system. These users can include:

  • Hiring Managers
  • Panel Members
  • Approving Managers
  • Executives
  • Human Resources
  • Recruiters
  • System Administrators
