 Candidates are not visible in the APM.

If you have selected an assessment process template to your job after candidates have applied, you will not be able to see them in the Assessment Process. The system will run a task after midnight to make the candidates visible. Please wait until the day after you have selected the assessment process template to view them.

 Candidate scores not calculating.

For a candidate score to calculate the following need to be setup:

  • A score rule that provides a score to a questions answer option.
  • Rule weighting for each rule need to add up to 100 or be 100. 100 will take the whole score.
  • Step weighting for each rule need to add up to 100 or be 100. 100 will take the whole score.

If you have fixed the scoring configuration. Scores can be re calculated for that step. To do this:

  1. Edit the assessment process for the job.
  2. On the step select re calculate scores.
  3. Select re calculate scores only.
 How to give myself access to an assessment form step?
  1. Go to the job card.
  2. Under the Candidate Groups and Assessment tab click Edit Assessment Process.
  3. Click on the name of the step.
  4. Click on the Permissions tab.
  5. Select Configure Now.
  6. Select Users - then select yourself as a user to complete the step. You can hold CTRL on your keyboard to select more than one user.

Please be mindful you don't lose another users access to that step.
