Summary

Improvements to the Candidate Portal ‘My Interviews’ list

What It Is: The ‘My Interviews’ list on the Candidate Portal will be updated to only show interviews that are available to the candidate to book into or interviews that they have already booked into. The list will filter out any activity that a candidate can’t book themselves into, significantly reducing the amount of clutter on the list.

The Benefits: This update will improve the candidate’s experience and make it simpler for them to view their existing interviews or book into available ones.

Reports tab caption renamed to ‘Analytics’

What It Is: The Reports tab caption will be renamed to ‘Analytics’.

The Benefits: The new caption will be changed to more accurately describe the sophisticated data analysis capability of Talent Analytics in eRecruit.

Ability to report on selection criteria question content

What It Is: Users will now be able to report on the selection criteria question content that has been entered as part of the requisition and/or job creation processes. This will allow users to create reports that summarise the selection criteria content that has been used over one or multiple jobs.

The Benefits: This update provides visibility into questions that have been asked over time, providing an organised, central archive for these to be viewed and extracted when necessary.

Additional Timestamps available for reporting

What It Is: Timestamps for key milestones within eRecruit workflows have been added to allow for easy inclusion in reporting.

The Benefits: This will make it significantly quicker and easier to build time-to-fill reports and other reports that use key milestones in the requisition and job creation processes.

Password Reset Email

What It Is: Password reset email has been updated to include the new password.

The Benefits: The user will now have easier access to their new password.

Improvements to the Candidate Portal ‘My Interviews’ list

When a candidate logs into the Candidate Portal and accesses the ‘My Interviews’ list, there will be a change to the way the list items are displayed.

After the deployment, the list will be ordered by the date the candidate was invited to the activity (most recent at the top), and then grouped by interviews that are available for the candidate to book into and then interviews that have been previously booked.

The list will now filter out any activities that the candidate can’t book themselves into. This may happen when:

1. There are no active blocks within the activity

2. The end date has passed for all blocks within an activity

Note: An activity is still to be listed if all slots have been taken within the block for the activity. Even though a candidate cannot book themselves into a slot, they will still be able to see this activity in the list.

Ability to Report on Selection Criteria Question Content

Users will now be able to report on the job specific selection criteria question content that has been entered as part of the requisition and/or job creation process.

This will allow you to create reports that summarise the selection criteria content that has been used over one or multiple jobs.

In the screenshot below, you can see the new selection criteria fields present in the Selection Criteria folder.

Please note that the label for each selection criteria field will be consistent with the name of the associated criterion in the Criteria Templates screen, listed under the Assessment Manager group on the System Tab in eRecruit.

If your system has been set up to allow selection criteria content to be selected for both candidates and assessors, then a field will be available for each.

The screenshot below shows a sample of the report output when the new selection criteria fields are used.

Important: Please note that you will need to contact our support team to have the selection criteria fields added to your system. They will be added into View 01: eRecruit Job, Requisition and Application Data in the Selection Criteria folder.

Additional Timestamps Available for Reporting

In this deployment, timestamps for key milestones within eRecruit workflows have been added to allow for easy inclusion in reporting.

This will make it significantly quicker and easier to build time to fill reports and any other reports that use key milestones in the requisition and job creation processes – without having to create a sub-query to isolate the timestamp.

The new timestamps that have been added are detailed below:

* These fields will not contain data if the requisition process is not used.

Important: Please note that you will need to contact our support team to have these new timestamps added to your system.

They will be added into View 02: eRecruit Process Step Data in the Jobs and Requisitions folder.

In the screenshot below, you can see the new timestamps present in the Jobs and Requisitions folder

The screenshot below shows a sample of the report output when these timestamps are used.

Existing Timestamps

A description of each of the timestamps that are currently available in Talent Analytics is included below.
