Enhancements
- NT-15076: To improve the user experience, the "Help" Menu located at the top right of the screen had been updated to with new options and a link to the new Knowledge Base.
Fixes
- NT-14441: We have received feedback that Recruiter and Candidate portal files were not getting copied over while copying a Job template. This issue has been fixed and all the files are now getting copied over.
- NT-15121: We have improved the customer experience when displaying the criteria section on the 'Talent Search.' We found the criteria section was overlapping on the section below, and this has been fixed.
- NT-14930: We received some feedback that when completing a form, if you click the mouse on the white area of the page, answer options were selected randomly in a multi-select checkbox question. The problem has been identified and fixed.
- NT-15056: We have changed the user experience when a validation message pops up – if an email address is not entered while filling a paper application, the message was ambiguous. We have updated the messaging and process to be more meaningful.
- NT-14447: We have received feedback from clients when special characters in file names of referee candidate portal files were causing errors when accessed after they had been uploaded. We have added additional functionality to the system so the system can handle the special characters without any errors.
- NT-14690: The "Display jobs" function within the job card was not working as expected. Candidates could apply to jobs which were configured as "display only" and not open. The root cause of this issue has been identified and fixed.
