A job is created when a there is a need to receive applications.

Jobs can be created as a result of an approved requisition process or on its own through the Jobs tab. 

Jobs may arise due to:

  • new position created
  • replace an existing position
  • bulk round recruitment
  • graduate process
  • expression of interest
  • to onboard candidates


There are unconventional reasons a job can be created:

  • exit interviews
  • to display files for candidates to download via the candidate portal
  • surveys
  • written tests / tests
