The Acendre Analytics permission levels, what they mean, and their default dashboards.

Default dashboards are assigned when a user first accesses Acendre Analytics based on their initial role settings. If they change roles, they can always add the relevant dashboard from the Acendre Analytics > Dashboards folder.

Updated Roles

The three user roles available under Acendre Analytics' function permissions - for users and user groups in Recruit - have been updated.

Role/Function

Description

Corporate Report Writer

Allows a user to access templates and create reports using both custom and system views. This is for your advanced users who may need the specialised system fields available in the system views.

Report Writer

Allows a user to access templates and create reports using custom views only. This is for everyday users who will only need the wide range of fields available in the custom views.

Report Consumer

Allows a user to view public reports, in that they have read-only access and cannot create or edit reports.

Default Dashboards

Each role is associated with a default dashboard that contains the information they need to get started in Acendre Analytics.
