 I cant see my question in Analytics when trying to create a report.

To report on a question within a form you must ensure the following are set:

  1. The question must be a global question. You can search for the question if in doubt in Global Questions within the System tab.
  2. The question must be marked as re portable in either the: Applications, User, GAF or Job context. If the question has not been made re portable select the context in which it was answered. Generraly you would select either Application or Job.
    Application - is application or assessment form
    Job- is requisition, job details or approval form.
  3. If the question has been made re portable you must notify support to add it to the view you wish to create your report from.
