To report on a question within a form you must ensure the following are set:
- The question must be a global question. You can search for the question if in doubt in Global Questions within the System tab.
- The question must be marked as re portable in either the: Applications, User, GAF or Job context. If the question has not been made re portable select the context in which it was answered. Generraly you would select either Application or Job.
Application - is application or assessment form
Job- is requisition, job details or approval form. - If the question has been made re portable you must notify support to add it to the view you wish to create your report from.
