Current onboarding workload by team/user and starting volumes.

Key purpose

Show the volume of onboarding candidates by specified team or user, as well as those proposed (+/- 7 days) or confirmed (+7 days) to be starting.

Charts

  • Onboarding volume by current step type.

  • Onboarding volume by starting status (proposed or confirmed) in set periods

The Fancy Stuff

  • Charts are stacked column charts, fixed height with white columns and large labels.

  • Calculated fields used to determine which team/user is assigned each candidate based on step, and if start date is proposed or confirmed.

  • Chart columns overlain with relevant icon on canvas.
