1.2 Employee Review Completion Dates by Phase
Provides details relating to review phase completion per employee for a given review. The employees are grouped by organisational unit. The following key indicators are provided for each phase: - Phase end date - Phase completion date - Number of days overdue - On-time completion traffic light indicator This report will help HR managers to monitor the timely completion of reviews. Note: A negative value in the Days Overdue column indicates that the phase has been completed on time. A positive value in the column represents how many days the review completion is overdue in relation to the target completion date.

Provides a graphical distribution of the number of employees that have completed a given review phase over a given period. This report can be used by HR managers to monitor review phase completion over time.
