There may be instances when you will need to create an assessment process template that is similar in build to a currently used template.  Instead of creating the template from scratch, you are able to copy a current template, and then make the alterations to reflect your recruiting needs.


To copy an assessment process template:

  1. Go to the Assessment Process List.




  2. Click the Copy Process As Template link under the Action(s) column.



    This will then copy the template including; steps, assigned users, rules and attached forms. 



  3. This will take you to the Manage Assessment Process page.



    Note: If Uses Scores isn’t selected, please select it.



  4. Make sure you change the Process Name, as duplicate names will make it hard to decipher which assessment process to use.




  5. Now you are able to edit the template in accordance to the recruiting needs.
