You will need to contact the Service Desk. As they can only change user's usernames.
How do I change a users password?
Click on the System tab.
Click User Manager.
Search for the user.
Edit the users profile.
In the actions menu (on the right hand side of the page) click change password.
Set a new password for the user.
Can I send a user their username and password?
Due to privacy reasons you cannot send an email with the users password. You will need to send them an email letting them know what username and password has been setup. When changing a users password or when setting up a new user select 'must change password on next login'. This will prompt the user to set a new password once they login.
Can a user be in two user groups?
A user can only be in one user group.
A user can be given individual permissions within their own individual profile. This will overwrite the access inherited from their user group.
